These terms are an agreement between you and Beal Software LLC ("MoveWarden," "we," "us," or "our"). They apply when you use the MoveWarden app, website, support service, mover-record service, or a MoveWarden Move Pass. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
What MoveWarden provides
MoveWarden helps you review mover records, compare written quote terms, and organize a move. It presents information from official, public, user-provided, and other identified sources. It is an information and organization service. It is not a moving carrier, broker, insurer, lawyer, or government agency.
No safety or performance guarantee
A score, recommendation, record check, warning sign, or comparison is not a certification or guarantee. MoveWarden does not guarantee availability, legality, safety, pricing, delivery, timing, loss prevention, claim payment, or performance. Records can be incomplete, delayed, wrong, or changed after we check them.
You are responsible for checking current official records, reading the final contract, confirming the company that will transport your goods, and deciding whether to hire a mover. Ask the mover to explain every price, service, exclusion, valuation term, and possible price change before you sign or pay.
Move Pass
A MoveWarden Move Pass is a six-month, non-renewing in-app purchase for one move project. The United States launch price is $49.99. The price shown by Apple at the time of purchase controls. The Move Pass does not renew automatically. Apple handles billing, purchase confirmation, and refund requests under its rules.
When the six-month term ends, the move becomes a historical archive. Existing records remain available as described in the app, and existing box inventory can continue to support unpacking and loss or damage notes. New live mover checks and other active-term functions can stop. A later move needs a separate Move Pass.
Private iCloud recovery can make the paid move and its content available on another iPhone or iPad or after reinstall. The other device must use the same iCloud account. The paid move and its Move Pass appear together automatically. Recovery keeps one Move Pass bound to its original move and does not transfer a pass to a later move. iCloud and network availability can delay recovery.
Your content
You keep ownership of content that you enter or import. You give MoveWarden permission to process that content only as needed to provide, secure, and support the service. You are responsible for having the right to use content that you enter or import.
Acceptable use
You must not:
- Use the service unlawfully or to harm, deceive, harass, or impersonate someone.
- Attack, overload, scrape, reverse engineer, or bypass service limits or security.
- Upload malware or content that violates another person's rights.
- Resell mover records or use the service to create a competing mover database.
- Present a MoveWarden result as a government certification or safety guarantee.
Service changes and availability
We can change, suspend, or stop parts of the service to fix faults, protect users, follow law, or improve the product. Internet, Apple, StoreKit, government sources, and hosting systems can be unavailable. We do not promise uninterrupted service.
Intellectual property
MoveWarden, its software, design, text, and branding belong to Beal Software LLC or its licensors. Public mover records remain subject to their source terms and are not owned by MoveWarden. These terms give you a personal, limited, revocable right to use the service.
Disclaimers and limits
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" and "as available." We disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Beal Software LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost property, profits, data, savings, or opportunities.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for a claim related to the service will not exceed the amount that you paid MoveWarden for the Move Pass connected to that claim. Some locations do not allow some warranty exclusions or liability limits, so these limits apply only to the extent allowed where you live.
Termination, changes, and contact
You can stop using MoveWarden at any time. We can limit or end access for serious or repeated violations of these terms, security threats, or legal requirements. We can update these terms and will change the date on this page. Continued use after an update means that you accept the updated terms where permitted by law.
