MoveWarden does not require a separate MoveWarden account. The app uses protected local storage and the private iCloud database for the signed-in Apple Account. It can also include household records that you choose to share.
Delete one move
- Open MoveWarden.
- Open the move that you want to delete.
- Open profile and settings.
- Select Delete this move.
- Confirm the permanent deletion.
This deletes the selected move and its tasks, saved movers, quote records and imported originals, box inventory, private photos, and move-day record from the app. Other moves remain. The deletion also removes the move from your private iCloud database and any CloudKit share. The deletion appears on connected devices after they synchronize.
Delete all app and recovery data
First use an iPhone or iPad that is signed in to the same iCloud account. Open MoveWarden and wait for recovery to finish. Delete each move in the app and wait for the deletions to synchronize. Then delete MoveWarden from each device. Deleting the app from one device does not delete the private iCloud copy.
Purchase records
Deleting a move does not delete Apple purchase history or automatically transfer its Move Pass to a different move. Apple controls App Store transaction records under its policies.
Support data request
To request deletion of a support message or other information that you sent directly to us, email support@movewarden.com with the subject "Data deletion request." Send the request from the same email address. We can keep a limited record when law, security, fraud prevention, or dispute handling requires it.
What the mover API stores
The mover-record database contains prepared public mover records. It does not store your quote documents, quote text, name, street address, household list, box inventory, photos, or Move Pass transaction identifier. There is no customer move record in that database to delete.
